As long as regulations and red tape continue to hamper development we'll continue to devolve into poverty. This is the crap that is the problem in New York-- everybody wants a study or research or license everything and people have to jump through hoops just to get things done... grr... I am this close to throwing my hat into the ring for state senate in '08 if things don't clean up. 2/8

Watching the Super Tuesday primaries with care... looks like Clinton wins NY for the Dems and McCain wins NY for the GOP, but that's just a guess and I'm not encouraging either way.
